To sustain our strong growth, we are looking for a **Market Access Manager** 100%.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify the stakeholders and decision makers involved in the generic market of main EU, UK, CH and US geographies
- Cooperate with Dipharma team for designing the appropriate pricing strategy for DE and CH markets
- Design the market access and launch strategies for a product in DE and CH, coordinating with the BD Team and the local subsidiary representatives
- Cooperate with local partners to evaluate and implement strategies for achieving market shares in given geographies
- Conduct research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Liaise with BD Team and Sales Team to come up with ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
- Discover effective promotional channels, including platforms to be used to relay product messages to end users/stakeholders.
- Investigate the performance of a company’s activities and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
- Be responsible for company website management

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 3+ years experience in Market Access
- University degree in Life sciences or engineering
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail for precise analysis of data
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
- Ability to work with teams and collaborate
- Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus
