In order to support our growth targets and our consulting team in Zurich, we are looking for experienced professionals to join us as

**Junior Business Consultant (m/w)**

**Your role**
This role, as part of a team, is to support the Partner(s) and the team(s) for strategic client engagements. Your tasks will be to:

- Participate and support to prepare advanced materials or presentations and conduct client working sessions; and when needed to be the face of Technology Management Group to the client representing the Partner(s) and the team(S).
- Create management level presentations concerning status updates, awareness or approval on major decisions or key milestones in the project or other status updates. Summarize information to key concepts for management. Synthesize information and gather data regarding the solution, issues and escalations and initial stakeholders.
- Capture key data points for metrics to measure of the progress of the project. Present in a weekly status slide.
- Demonstrate project management concepts, processes and fundamentals for complex projects by capturing, planning and proactively driving to prepare materials.
- Ensure awareness of key client stakeholders and their functional roles and affiliation to the engagement.

**Your professional profile**
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, IT, Finance or related discipline.
- Between 1-3 years of related experience is required.
- Certification in project management is a plus.
- Experience working in IT or/and Banking, or Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Planning/prioritization/project management skills.

- Passion for working with clients and solving business and IT problems.
- Strong independent, analytical, and critical thinking skills required.
- Advanced communication skills to communicate complex issues, mitigations and updates and conducting workshops (written, verbal, spoken).
- Ability to multitask and quickly reprioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed with strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in German and English (read/write/speak) languages is a must.
- Ability to support engagement throughout Switzerland, with focus on the Zurich and Zug area.
