Am Standort Visp wird ein/e Team Lead Central Warehouse & Outbound (m/w/d) für den Bereich der zentralen Lager;
- und Versandlogistik gesucht.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Sie übernehmen die Mitarbeiterführung eines motivierten Logistikteams und leiten dabei die Qualifikation, das Coaching sowie das Tagesgeschäft im Bereich der zentralen Lager;
- und Versandlogistik
- Sie erstellen Arbeits
- und Einsatzpläne, sind zuständig für deren Planung und Koordination sowie für die Einhaltung der geltenden Arbeitsvorschriften «SOP’s» der gültigen GMP Anforderungen und Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Sie erstellen Monatsberichte und sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung des Budgets sowie der korrekten internen Weiterverrechnung der Logistikdienstleistungen in ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
- Sie setzen mit Ihrem Team Effizienzsteigerungen und Prozessoptimierungen um, koordinieren Unterhaltsarbeiten und sind zuständig für die Aus
- & Weiterbildung der Mitarbeitenden innerhalb ihres Verantwortungsbereichs
- Sie begleiten und leiten Kundenaudits und Inspektionen in ihrem Logistikbereich

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Sie besitzen eine Ausbildung im Bereich Bio-, Chemie
- oder Pharmatechnologie sowie mehrjährige GMP-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung als Teamleader und im Führen von Mitarbeitern sowie Projektgruppen
- Fliessende Englischkenntnisse schriftlich und mündlich sind erwünscht
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP in den Modulen MM/WM
- Teamplayer und Führungspersönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, mit verschiedenen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten sowie die Leidenschaft und Ausdauer, um Prozesse zu hinterfragen und Hürden zu überwinden
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Initiative bei gleichzeitig effektiver Arbeit im Team
