We are looking for a Head of Global Supply Chain Management to join our Group and lead our global supply chain management at Endress+Hauser Flow. Endress+Hauser Flow is a key entity within our organization, specializing in flow measurement technology and solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in various industries. **What is the role about?** Are you a strong advocate of team empowerment and developing people? If so, this role is for you As the Head of Global Supply Chain Management, you will oversee our global supply chain management, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across various functions. You will work closely with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and enhance our supply chain performance. **Which tasks will you perform?** You: - Lead a global, multinational, and multicultural supply chain organization with over 180 employees across six countries (Switzerland, France, United States, Brazil, China, and India), fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Are responsible for developing and executing the overall supply chain strategy - with a central focus on procurement, supplier management, supply chain quality, and lean management. - Manage key supplier relationships at the executive level worldwide. - Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within the supply chain, promoting eco-friendly practices. - Act as member of the extended executive leadership team of Endress+Hauser Flow and support the overall development of the company.Support and lead supply chain initiatives on Endress+Hauser Group level. **What do we expect from you?** You: - Have a basic education in Mechanics, Electronics or similar field with further technical education (university, FH, HF).
