Le Blanc is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our Le
Blanc team

The Restaurant Manager works closely with the management to run a smooth and successful operation in terms of finance, product, service, and people. The Restaurant Managers take charge of the controllable lines of the P&L as delegated, all while keeping an overview on the budget.

**Your responsibilities & tasks**
- You’ll be in charge of all the daily operations, accountable for scheduling, team management, and both customer and employee satisfaction
- You’ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly safe environment for guests and your team.
- You’re always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
- You will work with the management to execute the plan in place to beat the budget and drive sales and quality.
- You’ll oversee team objectives and development plans, and execute the plans you put in place.
- You’ll drive the Le Blanc culture, inspire, guide, and educate employees, ensuring excellent service is provided at all times.
- You’ll ensure a fully trained team regarding compliance and service quality.
- You’ll be supporting the management with marketing opportunities.
- You’ll enforce brand standards in regard to feedback and standard of service.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You are an excellent communicator and inspirational leader
- You’ll already have great experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and managing a team
- You have developed knowledge of the hospitality industry
- You are readily available and committed to your team
- You are able to work in Switzerland
- You have strong English and French, German and/or Dutch are a plus
- You have held a leadership position for a minus of 1 year

Blanc cocktail bar offers freshly made cocktails with a smile to cover the full fine-dining experience.

**Bondzo** - Restaurant & Bar

Bondzo derives from the “Pattois Valaisanne,” which is the original dialect spoken in this area, and is used to greet strangers or welcome people you are familiar with. The Stübli or
Carnotzet atmosphere offers guests a relaxed and wind-down vibe to enjoy simple but classy food and drinks.

**Terrace** - Restaurant Bar & Après ski

A sunny terrace and outside bar with our lunch menu. The best spot to relax in the sun, enjoy a good lunch with fresh and local products in between your summer activities and enjoy some food.
