**The Research Manager will have the following main responsibilities**:

- Work very closely together with other team members as well as vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects for key international clients
- Contribute to client meetings and interface with clients on project related matters under guidance of senior team members
- Liaise with vendors, manage, and monitor fieldwork
- Analyze quantitative data and help craft compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations that showcase Ipsos's thought leadership
- Attend and participate in client presentations
- Support other project team members in client servicing during the project cycleBecome an expert in Innovation research, learning Ipsos methodologies and philosophy to be seen as a trusted Innovation advisor.

**Desired qualifications, skills and experiences**:

- University degree preferably in marketing/market research, social sciences, communication sciences or similar
- A first experience in market research is expected, ideally 2-years including intern/apprenticeships within Market research agencies
- Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills
- Experience or strong interest in the Innovation field: product testing, concept and pack.
- Accountable for actions, commitment to meeting the expectations
- Ability to deliver outstanding attention and services to the client.
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and creativity
- Collaborative and supportive mindset
- Quick learner and independent in the context of an activity
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent English skills, French / German is an advantage
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

The Innovation Service Line guides clients throughout the innovation journey as they develop and launch new or improved products and services spanning a range of verticals. We help our clients develop the initial idea for a product/service, ensure the fully-articulated description of the product/service resonates with consumers, confirm that prototypes of the product/service properly deliver on consumer expectations, and finetune the full mix prior to launch. This is accomplished using best-in-class services, including idea screening, concept testing, product testing, price and line optimization, package testing and volumetric forecasting.
