**Your role**

- Be an instrumental team member with strong organizational and project management skills, demonstrating passion and dedication and collaborate closely with the business, Finance, COO, product specialists and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of the organization, fostering its strategy and produce detailed financial analyses and presentations covering a variety of topics in P&C Operations
- Support the decision making of our internal business partners on senior management level by conceptual analyses of various P&C Operations related topics
- Help to identify opportunities to improve our processes and procedures, be familiar with agile methods and utilize strong analytical skills
- Support the development of our communication efforts and materials
- Support parts of our administrative tasks

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the highly motivated PCO Operating Management team based in Zurich (Altstetten). As a member of the team you will play an important role in driving P&C Operations in all aspects of its development and foster the communication to a broad range of different stakeholder.

**Your expertise**
- You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
- In particular, you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration
- Extensive past experience with MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Know-how gained from practical experience (or internship) in finance, communication, strategy or similar
- An autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- A flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- Good communication skills in German and English (written and oral), comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.
