Your main responsibilities include the following activities: **Profile**: **E-Retail permanent merchandising and catalog update** Be the go-to person for: - Catalog update and novelties integration on a regular basis (packshots, product description & translation in all different formats CH-AT, banners and boards) - Coordination / implementation of all new rich content pages for key commercial lines (incl. translation, production, close interaction with e-retailers) **E-retail trade activities linked to launches and special events with e-retailers** - Creative developments in line with all trade activities (banners, content pages, NL, ) - Identification, design, realization and evaluation of new placements and e-retail projects - Development, optimization and negotiation of e-trade visibility and e-merch exposure at two e-retailers (to be defined at start) - Proactively identify and improve poor performing products - Test & learn of new activities and analyze key successes and improvements - Implement ad hoc digital projects, e.g. roll-out of e-services (fragrance finder, skin diagnosis, shade finder,) - Creation of monthly digital report shared with the local management team and HQ, providing analyses of digital campaigns and sales performance - Be responsible for analyzing the e-retail competitors’ landscape, closely monitoring competitors’ campaigns and innovations **New E-retail openings** - Search for potential new e-doors by filling out the evaluation report - Work on mock-ups with the new e-retailer & HQ following Dior guidelines **Budget** - Creating of PO’s & follow-up of invoices for projects **Your qualification - your profile**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration - Minimum 2 years experience in the field of E-retail - You are native or fluent in French, and fluent in German and/or English. - You have a “hands-on” mindset, you are result-driven, solution oriented and have strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal relationship skills. - Full understanding of key E-retail KPIs and levers to drive performance/improvements. - You are a passionate and proactive team player who can also work independently - You have excellent computer skills and experience of the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. **What we can offer?** - An open and familiar working atmosphere with a “can do-culture”, a flat hierarchy and flexible work options. - Cordial teams that burn for their brand and drive ideas forward on their own initiative. - Further development opportunities along the individual career path. **Additional information**: **Wishing to apply?
