**What you will do**

We are currently seeking a junior buyer to join our procurement team in Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in procurement dealing with the purchasing of products, parts, services and systems.

**How you will do it**:

- Develop, implement, and lead procurement strategies for defined spend categories
- Build relationships with key partners, and align with CE Procurement Organisation, Category & Product Management
- Proactively manage inflation pressures & support pricing team
- Handle supplier contract management including relationship management and vendor rating
- Support and guide the business with market intelligence and vendor scouting
- Lead eRFx, eAuctions & Tender Initiatives
- Drive cost savings both regionally and at market-by-market level
- Foster continuous improvement in the supply chain
- ERP data maintenance and data analysis for preparing sourcing activities

**What we are looking for**:

- Successfully completed business studies or comparable education
- Professional experience within procurement environment
- Fluent English skills; fluent in another Swiss language (French, Italian or German)
- Experience in dealing with digital tendering tools and workflows
- Confident communicator
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and a high level of solution and service orientation
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
- Open to change with strong hands-on mentality
- High resilience and reliability
