For our site in Visp, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a **Project Leader Analytical Development**. The main objective of this function is to manage the analytical part of pharma development projects of chemically synthesized molecules and to support this development with chromatographic techniques with its own lab team.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Acts as primary on-site interface for customers for analytical topics regarding the technical operation and execution of the projects
- Plans and implements the project scopes in terms of clinical phase requirements and customer expectations ensuring timeline, cost and quality objectives of the contracts are met
- Works together with other groups such as process development labs, production, QA, QC, sourcing
- Manages the implementation, development, transfer and validation of methods, sample analysis and troubleshooting in own lab (HPLC, GC)
- Manages, develops, and supports coworkers
- Contributes to innovation and improvement of workflowsKey requirements
**Key requirements**:
- Doctorate Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field or Master Degree with relevant experience
- Relevant knowledge of analytics in general and chromatography in detail
- Experience in cGMP, drug development, project management and statistics preferred
- Entrepreneurial, reliable, flexible, customer focus, quality focus, safety awareness, team player
- Good communication skills in German and English, assertive
