Join our dynamic Global Marketing & Digital Communication Team at the Straumann Group HQ in Basel as a Graphic Designer. **Job Summary**:

- Produce high-quality designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
- Create visually captivating designs while adhering to predefined corporate design guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to interpret and execute design briefs in line with brand guidelines.
- Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work to maintain a fresh and contemporary aesthetic.
- Work within project timelines and meet deadlines while ensuring the highest level of design quality and attention to detail.
- Adapt designs to different formats, sizes, and platforms, optimizing them for optimal visual impact and usability.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, understanding and interpreting design briefs and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Education as a graphic designer or in a related field.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs that align with clients' brand identities and objectives.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Creativity and artistic ability to develop innovative design concepts.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within project timelines.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications for print design projects.
- Familiarity with digital design, including social media graphics and web graphics.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision.
