A study on: Filled wax systems as impregnation media for low temperature superconductive (LTS) magnets
**Your tasks**:
The work will include:
- Theoretical aspects of dispersions and associated rheological properties
- Hands on experience on sample preparation techniques and handling equipment
- Characterization and evaluation of the developed systems
**Your profile**:
- You are a student in Materials Science/Engineering or related field, and you are at least in your last semester of undergraduate study (minimum 5 semesters)
- You have a basic knowledge and experience in laboratory work and materials processing techniques
- You have a self-motivated mindset, and the ability to work independently
- You are capable of working accurate and documenting procedures precisely
- As a plus, you have experience with microcontrollers (e.g. Arduino) and soldering
- You have not yet completed your Master’s thesis
