Globalization and digitalization, social and environmental impact, changing business models, the quest for competitiveness, the need for flexibility and responsiveness, etc. It is in this complex economic context - emphasized by the Federal Energy Strategy 2050 - that managers must define their company's strategy and their need for operational excellence, regardless of their sector of activity.

As part of our strategy to strengthen our local presence in Switzerland, you will be part of our multi-disciplinary team either based in Zürich or Geneva, with objective to become the trusted advisor of our Energy & Utilities clients in their major transformations:

- Work in a project team, under the supervision of a senior manager, to help clients improve and transform their organizations and operations
- Perform impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, research and project management
- Further development of your skills around capabilities and/or industries
- Support the acquisition of customers and projects in Switzerland, with a focus on the Swiss German or Romandie area
- Actively build a network in these areas within Switzerland as well as collaborate with our strategic partners

**Your Profile**:

- Successful completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar field
- At least three years of experience in management or inhouse consulting for the Energy & Utilities industry
- Understanding of power trading in the Energy & Utilities industry is a plus
- Business fluent in either German or French as well as English
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Ability to communicate your findings and the value they bring to clients with impact orally and in writing
