Our mission is to protect, through technology, the women using our products.
Our flagship product is the connected bracelet, which allows you to quickly and discreetly call for help by clicking on it.

**Responsibilities**:

Key responsibilities:

- Drive sales and deliver business performance, meeting company KPIs across various categories
- Manage sales pipeline and demonstrate strong conversion of leads
- Take full ownership and accountability of the site-level P&L.
- Lead the operation of a mixed-use workspace, ensuring execution of service, product awareness, and spatial functionality
- Recruit, train, and develop a passionate, hospitality-conscious team
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations on growth and retention strategy, forecasting, and auxiliary revenue streams
