**Aufgabe**:
For our client we are looking for an IT all-rounder to ensure the efficient functioning of the IT infrastructure. This involves delivering both 1st and 2nd Level support, being available during standard office hours, and providing on-call service outside regular office hours and on weekends. The role actively engages in IT projects, contributes to achieving compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as EU GDPR, ISO, FDA, Sarbanes-Oxley, IEEE, etc.This position encompasses a diverse array of IT tasks, including the maintenance of infrastructure components, monitoring system stability, overseeing security measures, and documenting processes. It also involves offering support for various IT products, generating reports, collaborating on projects, contributing to IT education initiatives, and conducting daily security checks to ensure the integrity of backups, event logs, and schedulers. Additionally, the role serves as a backup for other members of the IT team.
**Anforderungen**:
- Prior experience in IT support roles.
- Strong communication skills in English. German is a plus.
- Familiarity with UNIX or Linux operating systems is advantageous.
- Technical expertise in computer-related hardware for troubleshooting issues with desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and other systems.
- Project work experience.
- Preferred experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Completion of a technical or commercial apprenticeship.
- Committed to maintaining a high service-culture level.
- Possesses intercultural competencies for international teamwork.
