Investor Relations Associate

**Primary duties and responsibilities**
- Identification, prospection and acquisition of new investors
- Serve as a primary contact, handling information requests and ensuring excellent relationship management with our existing investors
- Work with our CRM database in order to target suitable investors for our marketing campaigns
- Create high quality marketing and due diligence materials such as pitch books, fact sheets and due diligence questionnaires
- Complete requests for proposals, due diligence questionnaires and ad hoc requests from prospective and existing investors
- Plan and coordinate logistics and presentation materials for investor meetings, roadshows, events and industry conferences
- Support in the client onboarding process
- Ongoing administration of our CRM system

**Qualifications**
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant field
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ relevant work experience preferably in institutional client servicing and/or investor relations
- At ease with all types of investors (i.e. pension funds, family offices, insurance companies and HNWI ) and be aware of respective client needs
- Good knowledge about Real Estate, Private Debt, Private Equity and Infrastructure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (CRM Dynamics experience is a plus)
- Commercial mindset, ability to think of future business opportunities when interacting with investors
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure while managing tight deadlines
- Self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build up client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent command of German and English (oral and writing). French knowledge is an advantage
