LHH recrute un(e) Assistant(e) RM pour une banque privée à taille humaine à Genève. Vous assisterez un banquier dans la gestion quotidienne d'une clientèle internationale.

**Responsabilités**:
En tant qu'Assistante RM, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien administratif et opérationnel d'un banquier senior, tout en assurant un service de qualité à une clientèle exigeante et internationale.

Vos principales missions incluent:

- Assister le Relationship Manager dans le suivi quotidien de la relation client ;
- Gérer les demandes des clients (virements, paiements, ordres de bourse, correspondance, etc.) avec réactivité et précision ;
- Organiser et suivre l'agenda du banquier, préparer les rendez-vous et déplacements ;
- Participer à l'onboarding des clients : collecte et vérification de la documentation, saisie dans les systèmes, suivi des étapes KYC/AML ;
- Être en lien avec les équipes Compliance et Juridique pour garantir la conformité réglementaire des dossiers ;
- Assurer la mise à jour régulière de la documentation client et garantir la bonne tenue des dossiers ;
- Contribuer à l'expérience client dans un environnement exigeant, confidentiel et international.

**Profil**:

- Première expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire au sein d'une banque privée ou d'un établissement financier ;
- Aisance dans la relation avec une clientèle internationale ;
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ;
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, rigueur, discrétion et sens du service ;
- Connaissances des processus KYC/AML et des outils bancaires usuels ;
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes internes.
