Ihre Aufgaben
- Unter deiner eigenen Verantwortung leitest du die Wartung und Instandhaltung von Mietflächen in Proximitätslabor Swiss
- Überwachung der technischen Infrastruktur, Koordination des externen Personals.
- Aktualisiert die technische Dokumentation, gewährleistet die Richtlinien zur Arbeits-sicherheit.
- Erste Intervention bei Fehlerbehebung.
- Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen.
- Beauftragt und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern
- Sicherstellen, dass alle Ethik
- und Compliance-Richtlinien von Unilabs eingehalten werden.
- Beaufsichtigung externer Mitarbeitende bei der Reinigung und Abfallentsorgung.
- Bereitschaftsdienste für Notfälle
- Parking Management
- Mobilität Management
- Überwachung und Verwaltung des Zutrittsystem und die Schliessanlage Proximitäts-labor Swiss
- Zusätzlich die Standorte wie Bern - Pathologie, Lausanne - Cypa, Genf - Cytopath und Basel - Labor Dr. Rinderknecht

Was Sie mitbringen
- Verfügen über eine abgeschlossene handwerklicher Berufslehre mit Berufserfahrung in der Hauswartung oder mit dem Abschluss als Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt und/oder als Hauswart/in mit eidgenössischem Fähigkeitszeugnis
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit
- Versiert im Umgang mit PC und gute MS Office-Anwenderkenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, und auch in Französisch und Englisch können Sie gut mit unserem Personal kommunizieren
- Teamplayer (w/m/d), welcher sich gerne einbringt und anpackt
- Ausgeprägte Service
