Work Control Supervisor

**Amentum** is seeking a **Work Control Supervisor **to support the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) Mission in **Andros Island, Bahamas**. AUTEC is a Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB) and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport's largest single team project, providing both deep and shallow water test and training environments. The **Work Control Supervisor **is responsible for organizational and clerical support tasks depending on company needs.

**Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Work Control Department activities including weekly employee payroll/ timesheets, shop unit safety meeting documentation, HAZCOM program, MOMS tracking and reporting and employee training.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting of Facilities Maintenance Performance Indicators.
- Assist Public Works and Facilities Maintenance Managers in identifying and correction performance issues related to corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance service orders.
- Oversees administrative scheduling activities related to facility annual inspection survey and maintenance action plan.
- Responsible for all resources, tools, equipment, property and other assets assigned to the department
- Maintain a safe working environment of all employees within the department.
- Hires, transfers and disciplines subordinates within the department as required.
- Develops, updates and maintains standard procedures for the department.
- Ensures that the Work Control Department is meeting all goals of the contract in regards to Quality and Quantity of the work.
- Manages the AUTEC Dig permit process.
- Develop and prepare reports to Amentum and NUWC management and to other government agencies as required.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Four (4) of more years of managing databases preferably in a maintenance environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management system such as MAXIMO preferred.
- Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- ** Valid Driver’s License and passport will be required.**
- ** Must be able to reside in remote location with limited medical facilities.**
- ** Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**
