Your profile We are looking for a Processing Supervisor with proven leadership experience in production or post-harvest processing operations. The ideal candidate excels at managing teams, ensuring product quality, and overseeing all processing workflows from raw materials to finished goods. Key Responsibilities Lead daily cultivation activities including planting, growing, and harvesting to meet production goals Maintain plant health and environmental conditions Manage and mentor cultivation staff Oversee proper functioning of cultivation equipment and facilities Maintain compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best industry practices Keep accurate records of cultivation activities and report on performance and challenges Identify and address risks and implement preventive measures for smooth cultivation workflows Requirements Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in cultivation operations, ideally in cannabis cultivation Strong knowledge of plant biology, pest and nutrient management, and environmental control Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively Fluency in English, professional command of French and/or Spanish is an advantage Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cultivation environments Work Conditions Onsite work in Breitenbach, Solothurn Canton, Switzerland — accessible by train via Basel and nearby stations in Laufen and Zwingen #J-18808-Ljbffr
