**New Opportunity: Accountant (German & English) - Real Estate, Zurich**

Our client, a prominent Swiss real estate company, is looking for an experienced and motivated **Accountant **specialized in **Real Estate** to join their team in Zurich. **Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage and maintain financial and property accounts for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP (OR).
- Oversee VAT returns with support from the team.
- Process and manage annual service charge reconciliations efficiently.
- Assist in cash flow management to support financial stability.
- Collaborate on special finance and accounting projects that add value to the organization.
- Maintain and organize financial documents for proper record-keeping.
- Act as the main point of contact for property managers and coordinate with external accountants.

**Your Profile**:

- Completed certification as an accounting specialist with relevant experience, or a Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting (or currently in training).
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of accounting practices and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Analytical thinker with a structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style.
- A proactive, resilient team player with excellent communication skills.
- Native-level German proficiency and excellent English skills.
- Working already in Switzerland
