Rattaché-e à la Hospital Office Manager, votre mission consistera à conduire des projets, élaborer les business plans y afférents en collaboration avec les membres de la direction dans le cadre du développement des cliniques, d’initiatives de croissance et des projets médicaux ainsi que des tâches de coordination avec le Corporate Office. - TÂCHES PRINCIPALES- Gestion, coordination et suivi de projets sous la supervision de la Hospital Office Manager - Participation et soutien à l’élaboration puis au déploiement de la stratégie des cliniques sur 5 ans ainsi qu’au suivi annuel (BSC, etc) - Analyses de marché et récolte de données permettant de fournir le support et l’assistance analytique adéquats à la création de business plans ou d’analyses spécifiques - Gestion des demandes du Corporate Office, des réponses et du suivi et collaboration - Soutien administratif : rédaction et négociation de partenariats, etc. - Veille concurrentielle - VOTRE PROFIL- Titre universitaire ou équivalent (HES/HEG) - Expérience réussie et idéalement formation en gestion de projet - Aisance avec les analyses financières et réalisation de business plans - Expérience professionnelle de 2 ans dans un poste similaire - Bonnes connaissances du système de santé suisse - De langue maternelle française, vous vous exprimez avec facilité et rédigez avec aisance.
