About the Role

We are looking for a strong employee with an innovative mindset, excellent communication skills, highly diligent, with excellent attention to detail, and a level of English sufficient for easy written and oral communication with colleagues from different countries to join our team as the Line Station Sales Manager.

We need an honest, proactive, independent, and responsible employee who is ready to learn and develop together with the company.

Job Duties
- Within his or her area of responsibility, is responsible for prospecting and seeking business opportunities. Drawing up commercial proposals with the quotation departments of the various entities, central planning and the marketing team. Ensures the consistency of the negotiated offers until the customer agreement is obtained, while ensuring that the profitability objectives set are met;
- Responsible for organising travel schedule and visiting clients regularly. Will report systematically and in a quality manner to superiors. Scrupulously applies the Company Sales Policy and procedures.
- Takes part in promotional operations (trade fairs, symposia) selected as part of the Company marketing plan.
- Responsible for meeting objectives and monitors their progress; able to explain any discrepancies and to propose and implement corrective actions, providing management charts;
- Carrying out bid and contract reviews with the team in charge of launching projects. Monitorize debt collection with the financial departments.

- Sales and negotiation techniques in an international environment;
- Company products/offers/services knowledge
- Costumer orientation;
- High level of responsibility, independence and self-organisation;
- Ability to work towards strict deadlines;
- Multi-tasking capabilities;
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently;
- English level - not lower than B2

Preferred experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development (ideally in aviation maintenance)
