As Purchaser of Jet Aviation you will be responsible for the procurement of parts, material and services in accordance with the applicable Aviation Regulations and company procedures as well as the order processing (price control of material and delivery date of material should correspond to customer request), reminder process for open orders.
Main responsibilities:
- Negotiate favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers, and prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for indirect Material
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy, and discuss defects and delivery problems with suppliers and negotiate refunds
- Typical operative Purchasing activities with high demand of short material lead times in a pure project environment
- Administrate purchase orders with all its content like invoice control, blocked shipments, material search on the market etc.
- Intense contact with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Duty is part of this job profile
Minimum requirements:
- High School or Commercial School in Logistics; Project Purchasing background
- Strong track record in Purchasing or generally SCM
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in IT usage (MS Office, SAP)
- Proficient knowledge of written and spoken German and English (C1 level minimum)
