**Votre quotidien**
Join us as a **Sales Manager MICE**:
For InterContinental Genève and Crowne Plaza Geneva, your main duties will be to:
- Develop and ensure the sales on the MICE segments and the positioning of the two hotels in Geneva on the national and international markets (UK and USA).
- Look for and develop business in the MICE segments according to quantitative objectives.
- In collaboration with the relevant teams, organize promotional events / trade shows and ensure the good execution.
- Organize and execute site inspections of the two hotels in Geneva for the teams and clients according to the segments.
- Take part in various trade shows, exhibitions, road shows, showcases, events and meetings related to the MICE markets/segments.
**Ce que nous attendons de vous**
With a degree in Hospitality Management and/or Business Administration, you have minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel of the same category and capacity (4- or 5-star, more than 300 rooms). Good knowledge of Delphi or another CRM is required.
You are fluent in French and in English. Mastering a third foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.
Highly responsible and reliable, you are an efficient team player and are acknowledged for your excellent relationship with your team and your clients. Results oriented and well-organized, you are used to work in a fast-paced environment and you have demonstrated Sales skills.
This position is opened to Swiss citizens and EU passport holders.
