The Manager Privileged Access Management will be part of the 2nd Line of Defence and is responsible and accountable for the PAM policies, processes and requirements as well as she/he will support further developments of Group-wide PAM solutions. The PAM Product Owner will work closely with our Group Technology teams and other stakeholders to identify, manage, and monitor privileged access to critical systems and data to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Your k**ey responsibilities**:

- Define, update and validate groupwide PAM policies and guidelines.
- Align Stakeholder needs with future and current product requirements and prioritize and align the backlog.
- Direct the planning, support the development, and validate the implementation and ongoing management of new and existing PAM services.
- Review and validate the current and future user-privileged identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and account updates.
- Act as an expert point of contact for privileged data access and protection of sensitive credentials.
- Ensure adherence to the security processes for the solution lifecycle: Incident & Request, Change, Problem, Event & monitoring, Knowledge, Configuration, and CMDB among the principal ones.
- Actively participate in the design and execution of globally managed projects, proof of concepts and platform operations to drive a PAM best practice and evaluate new technologies.
- Document PAM processes and build a repository of procedures, and training materials related to identity and access management.
- Participate and guide in implementing PAM projects, as well as develop specific IAM strategies and technical feasibility studies.
- Work with compliance, audit, risk, and security teams to ensure that significant risks related to the service are identified and actions are taken to ensure that they are managed and compliant with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements affecting the Group.
- Prepare and review service performance reports identifying any significant issues and variances, initiating, where necessary, corrective actions and ensuring that all outstanding issues are followed up.
- Stay up to date on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Certified Privileged Access Management (CPAM).
- other relevant industry certifications are a plus.

Note: Intensive experience in the PAM environment will be seen as comparable to the certification mentioned.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Experience with implementing and managing privileged access management tools, such as privileged access management (PAM) solutions, multi-factor authentication (MFA) systems, and password vaults.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and access control technologies, including LDAP, Active Directory, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOX, related to privileged access management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Management Reporting Level**

The Manager Privileged Access Management will report to oru Senior Manager Identity Access Management in Geneva and will manage the PAM topic in the 2nd Line of Defense.
