For our Lugano Branch (TI) we are searching for professionals to be included in our organization. In particular, we are looking for an **IT Project Manager** with strong experience in **Release & Cutover Management** in the **Banking sector** to be part on full-time mode of innovative and international projects.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Project planning, controlling and monitoring
- Release & Cutover Management from definition to delivery
- Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, implementing, and supporting strategic plans for the project delivery
- Ensure project completion managing properly the available capacity
- Verify project results according to the business and technical requirements
- Ensure that the release process will follow technical dependencies and guidelines
- Manage the relationship with all the stakeholders involved

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Scientific degree / master, preferably in computer science, engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in the Banking sector
- Experience with Release & Cutover Management in international IT projects
- Project planning, controlling and monitoring capabilities
- Editing / reviewing / presenting project / program status report
- Availability to work under pressure and during nights or weekends
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, preferably with C-Level or upper
- Working experience in agile and project management certifications will be considered as a plus
- The data will be processed and stored exclusively for the purposes of this or future selections, in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Law (LPD) and guaranteeing the rights referred to in art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 and EU regulation 679/2016 (GDPR)_
