Job Description
Job Purpose:
What you will be doing:
Events support: Support the planning and execution of DACH-based events, under the supervision of the DACH Senior Events Manager. Events cover in person, webinars and third party.
Content & Creative assets: Support the DACH Marketing team with Design requests to adapt content to new formats, local social media posts, native advertising
Admin tasks: Provide support for Vendor set up in our invoicing tool, compliance support, reporting
Market Knowledge: Develop a first understanding of the DACH asset management marketplace, including the evolving market structure and dynamics, regulatory and political factors.
What you will bring:
- Interest in marketing and the financial industry.- Curiosity about event organization and a hands-on personality.- Confident self-starter that seeks to get the job done unprompted.- Attentive to detail, proactive, and problem-solving oriented.-
- Open personality and willingness to interact with different people inside and outside the organization.- Comfortable working towards tight deadlines and manage multiple activities simultaneously.- Fluent in German and English, French is a plus- First experience with marketing tools and the Financial industry would be an advantage- Self-starter- Teamwork and collaboration skills- Comfortable working towards tight deadlines and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
