What You'll Do As a working student in Business Intelligence, you will support our Marketing and Communications team and gain hands-on experience in data-driven marketing and performance analysis. You'll take ownership of dedicated workstreams and contribute directly to the further development of our analytics, reporting, and campaign intelligence initiatives. Your tasks will include: Analyzing and monitoring communication and marketing campaigns (e.g., media relations, social media, CRM). Driving the deployment and adoption of BI, analytics, and AI tools across the Marketing & Communications team. Ensuring data quality and maintaining campaign data within our CRM system. Creating dashboards, reports, and evaluations – navigating our tool landscape. Collaborating with stakeholders from Marketing and Communication, IT, as well as other Students. What You'll Bring You have strong analytical thinking skills and enjoy working with data and digital tools You work independently, precisely, and with a structured mindset You have excellent communication skills and are able to translate complex topics into clear messages – both in writing and visually (e.g., PowerPoint) You enjoy working in a team and taking responsibility for your projects You enjoy planning and organizing events. People are impressed with your structured, independent work style and your attention to detail. You're dependable, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working creatively. You have quick powers of comprehension and excellent communication skills. You're unfailingly friendly and polite in interactions with coworkers and clients. You're open to challenges and quickly familiarize yourself with digital collaboration tools (Slack, MS Teams, Trello, Miro, Zoom, etc.). You confidently use AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance efficiency, creativity, and communication (prompting skills are a plus) Who You'll Work With You'll be part of the Marketing Intelligence Team at BCG Central Europe.
