What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Act as a trusted partner to the Country Head and Leadership Team
- Maintain a 360° view of the Country Head’s scope and manage priorities
- Initiate, lead, coordinate, mobilise and facilitate strategic initiatives from development throughout successful execution
- Manage agenda, priorities, information needs, decision making and actions from the Leadership Team meetings
- Support Country Head in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation on local and regional strategic initiatives
- Act as a point of contact or liaison between local Team, divisional and global stakeholders within the Group. Ensure ongoing alignment with the Business Unit and Division
- Act as sounding board for stakeholders of strategic projects: provide open, honest feedback and recommendations to ease and speed execution
