**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology, and other life sciences sectors.
- Recruit specialists for companies in the aforementioned industries.
- Nurture and expand existing client relationships, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Attend national and international client meetings to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
- Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and participation in industry events.
**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:

- Several years of professional experience in sales and/or recruiting, ideally within the personnel services industry
- A winning mentality with a strong drive to achieve outstanding results
- The ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic and high-performance environment
- Excellent networking skills and strong communication abilities, including proficiency in German
