L'Hotel Splendide Royal, membro di Swiss Deluxe Hotels e The Leading Hotels of the World, per rafforzare la divisione Alloggi è alla ricerca di una/un Assistente Governante (100%).

Le attività principali:

- supporto e assistenza alla 1a Governante
- organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività giornaliere
- verifica delle attività delle cameriere e portieri ai piani
- controllo camere, arrivi, partenze e restanti, secondo Standard di Qualità
- cura e controllo dei fiori e delle decorazioni all’interno dell’albergo e nelle varie aree comuni
- allestimento Sale Conferenze
- espletazione delle richieste da parte degli ospiti.

Si richiede:
Formazione quale impiegata d’economia domestica o assistente d’albergo

Esperienza, almeno di tre anni, maturata in Hotel di pari categoria e di grandi dimensioni come Assistente Governante

Conoscenza ed applicazione degli Standard di Qualità LHW

Buone conoscenze delle lingue nazionali e dell’inglese

Buone capacità di comunicazione

Capacità organizzative e analitiche

Buone capacità di gestione dello stress

Affidabilità, precisione ed accuratezza

Attitudine al lavoro di team.
