For our location in Zurich/Geneva, we are looking for a Quality Manager (M/F/d) to start as soon as possible.
**YOUR FUTHER ROLL**:
Healthcare GDP maintenance and Risk assessment.
Close cooperation with the central QHSE Team, which determines the structure of the integrated Management system
Maintenance of the management system, e.g. quality environment, occupational health and safety, as well as energy.
Planning, implementation and follow
- up internal and external area and process audits.
Process analysis and optimization of risk analyses in connection with the products
Processing of non
- conformities
Continuous improvement in the PCDA cycle
Improvement of process quality
Contact point for quality management, environmental protection, health and safety and energy EN ISO 9001 GDP:
Creation of statistics for the measurement of key figures, implementation of
Supplier evaluations related to service providers of QHSE
Planning, preparation and implementation of training measures
Support in the implementation of occupational safety meetings, inspections of the workplaces and preparation of risk assessments. Tracking and processing of work
- and commuting accidents
**THAT'S WHAT WE WANT**:
QM qualification or professional experience in a comparable position
Audit experience
Experience in quality management and process understanding
Knowledge of EN ISO 9001 & GDP and TAPA advantageous
Very good written and spoken English skills
Structured, strategic, goal
- and solution-oriented way of working
High customer and service awareness
Independent thinking and acting as well as decision making skills
Background in the healthcare sector a plus but not a must
Ideally training as an auditor
Experience in air and sea freight
Professional experience as a quality officer or auditor (advantageous)
