Pour notre partenaire, une banque privée à taille humaine à Genève, nous recherchons un Head of Back Office pour encadrer une équipe en pleine évolution.

**Job description/Responsabilité**
- Traiter et valider les opérations sur titres : OTC, fonds, obligations, produits structurés etc.
- Traiter et valider les opérations de trésorerie : forex, produits dérivés, placements fiduciaires.
- Réconcilier les positions titres et cash, traitement des pièces comptables.
- Gestion du fichier valeurs.
- Gestion des taxes opérationnelles.
- Contrôle des cours.
- Reporting SIX FinfraG.

**Profil**
- Formation bancaire.
- Vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience réussie dans le back office avec une connaissance d’Apsys étant un plus.
- Maîtrise de Swift et processus opérationnels.
- Capacité à gérer une équipe.
- Polyvalent.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.

Type d'emploi : 100%

Salaire : CHF125'000.00 à CHF130'000.00 par an
