Hybrid Remote. 3 days a week in office. 2 days remote.

**Experience required**
- At least 5 years as a test manager in a complex environment
- Formal knowledge of the testing standards and practices (ISTQB Foundation or equivalent)
- Basic skills to use scripts or technical tools to improve his efficiency (basic scripting, ability to write robust prompts, etc.)
- Good knowledge of banking process (CFA Foundation or equivalent)
- Strong willingness and appeal to learn the business
- Strong coordination & communication skills

- Ability to deliver on-time under pressure

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare Tests campaigns
- Prepare FAT/UAT campaigns collecting by test cases, ensure the testing environment is ready by granting access to necessary tools
- Lead workshops to collect tests case and ensure sufficient functional / technical coverage
- Implement test cases in Jira Execute Tests campaigns
- Actively support the campaign executions
- Plan and lead kick-off meetings, Go-No-Go sessions, and required reviews
- Closely monitor the bug (regular reviews with BAs) and drive for their resolution
- Communicate KPIs related to the campaign execution status Update Risk Control Framework
- Participate and update Quality metrics with executives & project managers
- Answer to audit requests for testing evidence

**Mandatory Skills.**
- Minimum 5 years as a Test Manager in a complex IT environment.
- The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including development teams, and ensuring effective communication and reporting. The Test Manager will need to lead workshops to collect test cases and ensure the execution of tests
- Proven leadership in large-scale IT system migrations involving ~200 teams.
- Deep understanding of industry-standard testing methodologies
- Ability to design and implement testing processes aligned with organizational goals. He must connect with Client to understand the internal framework.
- Skilled in planning and executing test campaigns
- Able to conduct workshops to gather test cases from multiple teams
- Ensures requirement coverage validation across diverse stakeholders
- Ensuring the readiness of the Testing Environment for FAT and UAT.
- Should be able to identify and mitigate risks effectively
- Capable of defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking the same.
- Tracks, analyzes, and publishes testing metrics to support decision-making
- Able to work in JIRA, X-Ray, ALM
- They should Understanding the internal framework for regulation is essential.
- The role involves coordinating with various regulators/internal SPOC for compliance.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Although direct execution of JavaScript or Python test scripts is not part of the role, familiarity with these languages is appreciated.
- Understanding of test automation frameworks and strategies
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester, or Test Automation Engineer are advantageous.
- Good knowledge of the banking process (CFA Foundation or equivalent)
