It's for one of our clients, **a private bank in Geneva.** **Your responsibilities**: - ** Creating and leading** quality assurance strategies for key products. - ** Participation in** test/specification and feature modeling workshops is required. - ** Guidance will be provided** in these workshops to align with the Quality Governance guidelines. - ** Test plans will be designed** for multiple releases and projects/products throughout the year. - ** Implementation of** (preparing, coordinating, and reporting on) the test plans is essential. - ** Active support will be provided** for the test campaign executions, assisting testers in their journey. - ** Close monitoring of** the bug backlogs is crucial, along with pushing for their resolution. - ** Traditional Quality Control practices will be challenged** as the focus shifts towards Quality Assurance practices. - ** Regular measurements and sharing of** current quality metrics will ensure transparency. - ** Assistance will be given** in assessing the Quality maturity of Front Tech using an internal framework. - ** Contribution to** the continuous quality improvement plan is expected. - ** Leadership in the deployment of** Quality practices and tools within the organization is essential. - ** Promotion and advocacy for** a culture of Quality among all stakeholders will be emphasized. **Qualifications** You profile and skills**: - You possess a **Master's degree in a relevant field** or equivalent practical experience. - You show **proven experience in test management and test analysis**. - You possess **knowledge in financial and/or banking field**. - You are **experienced in working with Agile frameworks (Scrum)** and with **BDD methodology**. - You justify a **background in Software development or software automation fields**. - You are **proficient with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft package**; **experience with Jira X-Ray is a plus**. - You show **basic experience with Bamboo, SonarQube, Git, and/or Kibana**. - You consider yourself **highly organized and structured**. - You have the **ability to manage and keep track of multiple projects and topics at the same time**. **Additional Information** What we offer you**: - ** An enriching, dynamic, and** **stimulating professional experience**. - ** Professional stability** with a **long-term contract**. - ** Monthly support**to **finance your lunches**. - A competitive **salary package.**: - The opportunity to** be part of a multicultural, supportive**, hardworking team driven by values. - Support, **proximity, regular feedback**, and exceptional events. - Up to **5 days of training** per year. - ** Free and unlimited access** to our global **E-learning platform** -> Over 16,000 modules available. - Annual license to access our **banking/finance profession training**platform to enhance your knowledge of various banking/financial professions and stay professionally updated. - A certified working environment -** GREAT PLACE TO WORK** (95% satisfaction).
