**About the role**
We are looking for an individual to lead our team in the UKLO to provide logístical support for all UK visitors to CERN, which includes the hands on management of a large number of rented properties in Geneva. You will be responsible for the administration of the office, maintaining good relations with the managing agents of the rented properties, liaison with CERN and UK institutes including STFC departments in the UK and managing the small team of UKLO staff.

The role also involves the accurate maintenance of databases and records using MS Office, and preparing payment requests to CERN Finance for expenditure on housing, transport, and shipping.

**About You**

A driving licence is essential for the role as it will involve visiting the rented properties which are located throughout the Meyrin and Pays de Gex areas. There will be occasional physical work.

Attention to detail and an organised approach to working is crucial for the role, along with proven leadership skills and the ability to balance conflicting and differing tasks. This is a customer facing role where customer satisfaction is key.
