**About the job**:
We are looking for a **Head of Office Management** to join our team in Geneva. You will join us on a 1-year contract, to cover during a parental leave, with a good chance to continue your career with us after your contract has ended. You will manage the daily operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative and operational tasks are carried out smoothly.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facilities management, vendor management, and administrative support.
- Manage a team of three colleagues.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Manage the office budget and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees.
- Be the main contact for all internal and external requests related to office management.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience, working in an Office Management, Assistant, or similar role.
- Good level of French and English.
- Experience managing a team.
