Das Zurich Film Festival ist das grösste Filmfestival der Schweiz und präsentiert jeden Herbst die schönsten Entdeckungen sowie die meist erwarteten Filme des Jahres. Wir suchen sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine flexible, begeisterungsfähige und offene Person als Project Manager Partner mit Schwerpunkt auf den Eventbereich.

Project Manager Partners & Events 90%-100%

Deine Aufgaben
- Akquise von Partnern aus verschiedenen Branchen, inklusive Recherche und Ausarbeitung der Unternehmenspräsentationen
- Eigenständige Verhandlungsführung sowie Vertragserstellung
- Betreuung und Umsetzung der Partner-Engagements (Hospitality, Branding, Aktivierung)
- Koordination von diversen Veranstaltungen vor und während des Festivals mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Organisation des Einladungswesen für gewisse Veranstaltungen während des Festivals, inklusive Umsetzung und Verantwortung vor Ort
- Koordination der Kommunikationsmaterialien und digitalen Versände an die Partner
- Betreuung des Praktikanten/der Praktikantin
- Umsetzung, Betreuung und Mithilfe an Events
- Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten und Erstellen von Präsentationen, Vorlagen und Reportings

Dein Profil
- Mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung und Leistungsausweis im Bereich Sponsoring/Partnerschaften, Event und/oder Marketing
- Du verfügst über viel Überzeugungskraft, bist kundenorientiert sowie geübt und erfolgreich im Verhandeln mit anspruchsvollen Partnern
- Du hast eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrung im Führen von Trainees/Lernenden und im Eventmanagement von Vorteil (Grossanlässe)
- Interesse für Film und Kultur, insbesondere für den Festivalbetrieb
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit setzen wir voraus
- Ein etabliertes Netzwerk erleichtert dir den Alltag
