**Supervisor Billing**

As Supervisor Billing, you will report directly to the Head of Billing and support Billing and Project controlling activities.

You will be responsible for successfully driving a pool of Billing Specialists in a matrix organization by supporting all existing and future Billing tasks.

You will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders throughout the company to ensure that our processes, procedures of invoicing and quotation and reporting methodologies are thoroughly applied; as well as a close coordination & interaction with Project Management groups internal / external Customers.

Description/Tasks:

- Manage execution of Projects invoicing
- Provide Billing/Controlling support to PMO on day-to-day Operation
- Identify keys factors impacting invoicing delay and project result deviations, report and escalate accordingly
- Secure Billing process is applied while anticipating specific project needs
- Manage Team performance while optimizing resource utilization & prioritize assignments
- Secure customer inquiries and complaints are handled fairly and effectively
- Ensure continuous Customers update of the project financial status and AWR’s issuance on time
- Maintain our cash flow ratio as high as possible (DP invoices Vs Sales projection)
- Monitor A/R open items and disputed invoices
- Monitor Costs Vs budget, profit margin projection, deviations analyses
- Prepare the financial reporting including all defined keys figures/metrics
- Set performance/milestones expectations for all project management while the Group acts upon any deviation in real time to secure TAT and Unbilled targets set by Head of Billing

Qualification/Experience:

- Two to three years’ experience in Billing in a similar environment or role
- Strong track-record in managing customer expectations in a matrixed organization
- Understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework is beneficial
- Highly sophisticated understanding of Billing & Quotations procedures; proficiency in MS Excel & SAP
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); any other language is a plus
