- Drafting of employment contracts and amendments
- ... Management of employee files in the HRIS tool (including contractual changes, salaries, entries/exits, etc.)
- ... Management support for the Mobatime time management tool (analyses, data verification, technical support)
- ... Drafting of employer attestations and other official administrative documents
- ... Drafting of work certificates and attestations
- ... Drafting of resignation confirmations and dismissal letters
- ... Support for monthly, quarterly and annual HR reporting
- ... Act as main point of contact for employee inquiries
- Management of job openings (drafting of job postings, publication, etc.)
- ... Participation in new employee onboarding process
- ... Support for various HR projects (employee satisfaction surveys, employee benefits negotiation, employer visibility, website content, etc.)
- Mail collection and processing
