Payroll Manager
Aufgaben & Herausforderungen
Selbständige Abwicklung der monatlichen Lohnzahlung
Laufende Mutations
- und Stammdatenpflege
Vearbeitung des Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlusses
An
- und Abmeldungen von Sozialversicherungen
Verwaltung des Zeitmanagementssystem
Bearbeitung von Unfall
- und Krankheitsmeldungen UKA
Erstellen von Statistiken und Reports
Mithilfe in Projektarbeiten
Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende und Linienvorgesetzte in allen Lohnthemen
Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen
Kaufmännisch Grundausbildung
Weiterbildung im HR Bereich, ab HR Fachstufe oder Payroll Specialist/Experte
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
Versierter Umgang in Abacus sowie in der MS-Office Palette
Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
Genaue, exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Freude an Prozesserneuerung, -erweiterungen
Agierend als kompetente Ansprechperson für interne und xterne Schnittstellen
Hands-on Mentalität
