For our client, a renowned Swiss company, we are looking for an ICT System Administrator.
As an ICT System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure. As part of a small team, you will play an active role in modernizing workstations and ensuring that all systems operate reliably. You will also be involved in infrastructure upgrade projects.
The position
2nd level helpdesk support and ticket processing
Server support, maintenance, error handling, updates and backups
Network maintenance LAN/WLAN, WAN (VPN), TCP/IP, patching
Installation and configuration of Windows with SCCM on PCs and laptops
Preparation and installation of workstations (physical installation and patching)
Assignment of client/server authorizations, Active Directory
Configuration and provisioning of mobile devices (iPhones / iPads)
Configuration and monitoring of our VPSX printing solution
Configuration and testing of peripherals such as scanners and label printers
Infrastructure lifecycle management, helping to modernize our IT infrastructure
User training and support
SharePoint management and updates
**Profile**:
You have a CFC in IT (4 years)
You have several years' professional experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of Microsoft products and operating systems (O365, Teams, SharePoint, MS Exchange)
You have in-depth knowledge of networks
Good knowledge of multimedia is desirable (videoconferencing installations, multimedia devices)
You work independently in an international environment with a wide range of activities
You have a reliable working method, even in busy periods
You maintain a high quality of service with a strong customer focus
You can communicate clearly and take the initiative
You have an excellent sense of collegiality as well as resistance to stress, the ability to assert yourself and to implement measures.
German and/or French mother tongue with very good knowledge of the other language
Good knowledge of English
