DIE ROLLE

Wir suchen ab sofort einen Legal Consultant (m/w/d) für ein Versicherungsunternehmen. Der Legal Consultant wird in arbeits
- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fällen beratend tätig sein und Kunden aussergerichtlich vertreten. Der erfolgreiche Kandidat wird eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten und direkt an den Chief Legal Officer berichten.

HAUPTAUFGABEN - Bearbeitung von arbeits
- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fällen, sowohl intern als auch für das Kundenportfolio - Verfassen von Rechtsschriften im Rahmen von GAV Unternehmenskontrollen - Beratung im Handels
- und Gesellschaftsrechts, z.B. im Rahmen von Unternehmensgründungen - Unterstützung des Rechtsteams bei der Durchführung von Schweizweiten Initiativen

QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Anwaltskanzleien, Unternehmensberatungen oder bei Rechtsschutzversicherungen, mit aktiver Beratungstätigkeit für Unternehmen
- Einen juristischen Abschluss von einer schweizerischen Universität, idealerweise mit Spezialisierung im Arbeits
- und/oder Sozialversicherungsrecht; ein Anwaltspatent ist von Vorteil
- Eine dynamische, dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an komplexen wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch
