**Wir sind Planted. **Nach Jahren der Forschung wurde Planted im Juli 2019 als Spin-off der ETH Zürich gegründet. Unser Ziel ist es, die Welt besser zu machen. Mit einem revolutionären Plan: Fleisch aus Pflanzen.

Planted ist mehr als ein köstliches Produkt - es ist auch eine Einstellung. Wir wollen die Art und Weise, wie Fleisch wahrgenommen und konsumiert wird, radikal verändern und einen Wechsel vom Verzehr tierischer zu dem pflanzlicher Proteine anregen.

**Deine Mission**:

- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson und somit Personifizierung von Planted für Externe / Konsument:innen / Partner:innen und bearbeitest Anfragen aller Art zu unserer Firma, Produkten, Bestellungen, etc.
- Du betreust nationale/internationale Anfragen über diverse Kanäle bspw. E-Mail-Adressen aller Länder, Plattformen wie Google Reviews, Haupttelefonnummer.
- Reklamationen und Beschwerden nimmst du professionell und sympathisch entgegen und sorgst dafür, dass intern entsprechende Massnahmen getroffen werden.
- Du betreibst Qualitätssicherung durch das zuverlässige Rapportieren von Qualitätsfällen an unser Quality Team und stehst mit Ihnen im engen Austausch
- Du entwickelst unsere Konsumentendienst Strategie, das zukünftige Team und die nötigen technischen Voraussetzungen für alle Länder entsprechend weiter (bspw. einheitliche Templates, Makros, firmenweites FAQ)
- Du wertest die Statistiken regelmässig aus und machst monatliches Reporting
- Du pflegst unsere Kundendaten gewissenhaft in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Webshop
- und Brand-Manager in den jeweiligen Ländern
- Du nimmst eine globale Supportfunktion ein und arbeitest abteilungs
- und länderüberreifend bspw Quality Team, Brand & Marketing Team, Social Media Team

**Du**:

- Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und magst das Gefühl als alleiniger Expert:in für den Konsumentendienst zu agieren
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und hast eine ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung. Du berätst individuell, detailorientiert, effizient und kompetent.
- Beschwerden bringen dich nicht aus der Ruhe, du geniesst die Herausforderung
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Konsumentendienst, idealerweise im Lebensmittelbereich
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse, schriftlich wie mündlich
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Shopify und dem Customer Service Tool Gorgias.
- Du bist ein/eine starker Teamplayer:in, interne Recherchen stellst du gerne an und scheust dich nicht dir auch technisches Wissen anzueignen
