As **Flight Coordinator** with EF Education First you will be part of a fun, young, and fast-paced central transportation team located in our corporate head office in **Zurich, Switzerland**.
You will be responsible for producing cost-effective and safe flight solutions for our European and Latin American students traveling on language programs to our schools throughout the world. You will work closely with your colleagues throughout our sales offices, as well as airline representatives in several countries.
**Your responsibilities**
- Consolidation and cost optimization of group travel via air and rail
- Manage and allocate group flight reservations in Amadeus Global Distribution System
- Produce cost-effective transport solutions meeting both budget and quality targets
**Your qualifications & experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min. 2 years of work experience within either travel industry, transport/logistics, or operations
- Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish skills
- Previous experience of working or studying in an international environment
