Client Agreements Associate

Job Profile Summary:
As a member of our Client Agreements Team you will be responsible for the coordination of client agreements (distribution and rebate) to European clients and sales teams. In this role you work in close partnership with Sales Operations, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other internal stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
Client Agreements- Coordinate the end to end process of closing an agreement with a client- Coordinate the involvement of internal and external stakeholders on agreements’ negotiation where required- Ensure procedures, standards and templates are applied where appropriate- Propose variations to standard templates where required as part of contract negotiation- Ensure agreements are maintained as appropriate- Main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in relation to clients’ administrative requirements
“Know Your Client” (KYC) process- Implementation of new Commercial Agreements (Intermediary, Rebate, Platform agreements etc.)- On-going maintenance of Commercial Agreements and resolution of any queries on same- Provision of fund marketing material as required- Resolution of operational and product queries- Communication and support to Intermediary network on new products, changes to product range etc.- Organisation of bespoke reporting arrangements as required
Transaction Support
- Coordinate the collection of KYC documents for clients
- Be point of contact for Service Provider processing KYC documents
- Resolve queries related to KYC
Client Data Base (CRM) and Commission Calculation Engine- Ensure CRM and Commission Calculation Engine are updated accurately with required Client information- Propose and implement efficiencies in team processes
Key Skills & Experience:
- Degree educated preferably with some relevant Industry qualifications (IMC etc.)- Preferably with an asset management background. This role would suit someone who has knowledge of how funds are marketed to EMEA clients- Understanding and experience with client on-boarding, agreements and general client services would be beneficial- Fluent in English both verbal and written- Effective time management and organisational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
