**Key responsibilities**:

- Establish a PMO governance framework at site level that will support the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Define roles and responsibilities for involved stakeholders
- Define standards (such as templates, ideation and stage gate process for project approval, reporting of ongoing projects)
- Support local training and roll out of processes
- Ensure projects are managed according to defined standards
- Coordinate site portfolio validation and prioritization according to site targets and resource availabilities
- Work in close collaboration with other PMO organizations to set standards and to manage dependencies
- Ensure site portfolio risk and issue reporting and escalation process from site portfolio to division level

**Key requirements**:

- Master degree (preferred) in engineering-related fields such as Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology or Process Engineering.
- IT and business-related backgrounds are welcome as well, given that a proven willingness to adapt to a new business and a quick grasp to acquire new skills are existing
- Strong project and portfolio management skills
- Certification in project management such as PMP is highly preferred
- Keen problem solving skills with analytical capabilities and creativity
- Mature and educated attitude, along with good mood and empathy - there is no success without a value-oriented way of working
- Solid understanding of what it means to work in a Biopharmaceutical CDMO environment and strong technical skills in utilizing data processing tools (PowerBI, Statistica, Minitab), databases and/or programming recent coding languages (such as Java, C) will be an advantage
- Fluency in English and German are essential for the role
