Pour une maison de Mode haut de gamme de renom, nous recherchons actuellement leur futur/e Directeur/trice de Boutique, une personne d’expérience (Retail / haut de gamme) bénéficiant d’un bon ancrage sur Genève et sa région.
**POSTE**
La mission consiste à développer le portefeuille client et le chiffre d'affaires de la boutique dans le respect de la stratégie du groupe et aidé d'une équipe expérimentée, dont un Assistant Manager.
Les tâches principales du rôle seront les suivantes:
- Gestion d’équipe de vente et pilotage opérationnel de la boutique
- Supervision de l’animation commerciale et du développement clientèle local
- Analyse et reporting commercial et marketing (KPIs, budgets, reports périodiques, etc.)
- Supervision et coordination des actions Marketing et Communication (évènements)
- Recrutement, intégration et formation des collaborateurs
- Encadrement, motivation et animation des équipes de ventes
- Planning des équipes de vente avec optimisation des horaires
**PROFIL**:
- Vous possédez une solide expérience dans le management de boutiques, idéalement dans l'Horlogerie/Joaillerie, la Mode ou l’Accessoire de Luxe, et savez répondre aux attentes d'une clientèle exigeante.
- Vous êtes un-e grand-e Vendeur-se doté-e d’un sens du Leadership affirmé, qui vous permet de guider et motiver une équipe avec autant de détermination que de bienveillance
- Vous connaissez le marché de l'arc lémanique et en particulier celui de la région genevoise et pouvez potentiellement vous reposer sur un solide réseau de contacts clients ou partenaires.
- Vous êtes flexible, communicatif, entreprenant, faites preuve d’initiative et êtes capable de gérer des projets de façon autonome.
- Enfin, vous avez une parfaite maitrise du français et de l'anglais. Tout autre langue représentera un atout.
