**Your team**:

- You will contribute to defining and instituting the**Your role**:

- Ensuring data custodianship is applied for data across the organisation.
- Developing and providing support for the implementation of data quality management processes to ensure alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Chairing the Group Data Operational Committee which oversees data governance initiatives and launches remediation programmes to address data quality issues across the business lines.
- Acting as a major player with regard to implementing, aligning and monitoring the Group’s data management goals.
- Establishing close working relationships with Data Officers, Data Protection Officers and Group Information Security Officers across the Group.
- Coordinating data governance matters with the Chief Data Officers positioned in Bank’s legal entities.

**Your profile**:

- University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a banking environment.
- Previous experience and knowledge of data governance and architecture.
- Relevant technical skills in dealing with datasets and conducting data analysis would be a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills at all levels of an organisation.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of initiative and commitment; a self-starter and will the capacity to work independently.
- Ability to work in a demanding and challenging environment.
- Can-do attitude with hands-on approach.
- Fluent in French and excellent command of English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
